Dairy-free Egg-free Blackberry Pie

I've been trying out various baking recipes that are both dairy-free for myself (i.e. for Baby Brother) and egg-free for Little Boy. This is my best one so far:

2 cups flour
1/4 cup sugar
Pinch of cinnamon
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup water (add slowly and adjust accordingly)
3 cups blackberries

1- For the crust, mix ingredients in order listed. Add more or less water depending on the consistency you get. 
2- Take half of dough and mold into pie dish to make the crust.
3- Fill with blackberries, approximately 3 cups.
4- Roll out the rest of the dough and lay over the top of the pie. Cut decorative slits. Optional: glaze with a light colored jam.
5- Bake at 350 F until crust is slightly golden.
